Summary
Included here is the Iberian Peninsula comprising most of Spain and Portugal.
Of the endemic and near endemic vascular plants so far recorded there are about 1196 species, subspecies and varieties in 316 genera and 62 families. There are 8 endemic genera (marked red) but no endemic families. However, this list is probably still incomplete so further information may be required.
