Summary
Included here is the country of Colombia (officially the Republic of Colombia) which is regarded as the second most biodiverse country on the planet after Brazil.
Of the endemic and near endemic vascular plants so far recorded there are about 252 species and varieties in 112 genera and 47 families. There are 34 endemic genera (marked red) but no endemic families. However, for such a biodiverse country this list is likely to be incomplete.
